What we collect
Account: phone number, email, display name, locale. Household: name, country, timezone. Domain entities you create: kids, vehicles, appliances, insurance policies, documents. Capture metadata: channel, sender, timestamps, device.
How we use it
To run the service: parse forwarded content, schedule reminders, deliver notifications, hold your encrypted vault, process Family Pro payments. Not for advertising, not for resale.
Where it lives
India-anchored households are stored in AWS ap-south-1 (Mumbai). Cross-region replication for backup; no transfer outside the region for primary storage.

Third parties
We use AWS (hosting + KMS), Dodo Payments (subscriptions), the WhatsApp Business Cloud API (inbound + outbound), an SMTP inbound receiver, Docusift (document extraction), and a cloud LLM for translation and classification. None of them receive data outside the scope of the specific operation we ask them to perform.

Changes
Material changes are notified by push and email to all primary users. Past versions of this policy are kept on the changelog.
